Have an old junker, runs but barely and needs to be gone. Run hard and put away wet Saturn Vue that was a hand me down and went through a couple of teenage drivers.

Has anyone sold to one of those online sites that offers "cash for cars?"

Which one? How was the transaction?

I sold one to a junkyard in BR. They sent a wrecker and cut me a check. Pretty easy.

Did mine through Peddle.

Threw a rod due to an oil leak and the mechanic said I would not a brand new engine. It was a 2017 Hyundai Tucson with about 80k miles. They offered me $3,000 for it after I put in my info online.

They got a tow truck to come and get it out of my driveway. Took a quick look at the car to make sure it matched what I put in - wrote me a check on the spot for the $3,000.

Super easy and stress-free.

I sold a $500 junker to an online place for a little over $300 after I drove it for a year and a half. Was super easy, they showed up with a tow truck and handed me a check.

I have.. Can't remember the site. IT was online and they gave me a quote online. The tow truck driver came and picked it up and handed me a check. Easy Peasy

They are currently offering me $300. It's a bigger POS than I thought I guess. Haha.

Another vote for Peddle. They offered a reasonable price, were reasonably easy to work with, and completed everything pretty quickly.
