Tomorrow gonna be a big upswing day.
This day to day hysteria is rather hilarious.
The average annual return of the stock market is about 10.5% and about a real return of 7% if you subtract inflation.
Buy index funds, let the money sit, collect your 7% gains each year. The peaks and valleys along the way are just masking that reality.
The only people who lose their arse in the stock market are people trying to strategically time buying and selling of large amounts of individual stocks, which without insider information is just flat out gambling.

It’s probably a good time to buy with the drop we’ve had.
In all likelihood you could probably dump 50K in the market tomorrow and have a >10% increase a year from now.

The stock market is a roller coaster. The only people that get seriously hurt are the ones that jump off while the ride is in motion. Everyone knows this, or at least they should

I wouldn’t count your chickens just yet, let’s see what Chynah says about trumps 50% additional tariff threat.

I bought a bunch of stock today. Sounds like I wasn’t the only one for futures to be up.

Dow hit a high of 14k in 2007 before the Financial Meltdown, if you take an average return on equities of 8% over the past 18 years that would put the Dow at well over 45k today, closer to 50k.

well first the mentally ill progressives were cheering daily how they were going to destroy Telsa and Elon. Then when that didn't happen, they shifted towards the entire stock market...cheering on the drops. It is sickening. These people are sick they would truly rather see the entire country crash while Trump is President just so they could feel good about hating Trump. When the things he is implementing start working, they will literally hate it. Weird times we live in.

That dude has really completely lost his mind. We have watched him over the last several weeks get consumed by TDS. To make matters worse, the more shite he gets on here, which is deserved, the more he digs his heals in and becomes unhinged. Dude is an absolute nut job.

Are you talking about democrats or most on this board? I’ve seen more cheering about this bear market here than anywhere else.

After his post yesterday about losses when the market goes down being permanent even after the market goes back up the man should never be allowed to talk about money ever again
