Seems he had an affair with a city employee during his second term. Moves said girl around the city in various jobs after breaking up with her only to hire a guy that had sexually assaulted her as her supervisor. Can't link it but it's on Nola.com. I couldn't link Lincoln logs back in the day. Anyway, the city was sued for 299,000.00 and paid it. Sure could have helped pave some fricked up roads around here.
