I liked it but it was highly overrated. Pedro and Bella's chemistry just wasn't anything special, IMO

Call me shallow, but as soon as I saw that they cast Bella Ramsey in the lead role, I knew I wasn't going to be watching it. There's a reason why producers have historically cast attractive people in television and film. No one wants to stare at an ogre for an hour one night a week. We do enough of that already in our day to day lives.

I liked it. I thought it did a good job of depicting the game. Sure the Bill episode was the EXACT opposite from the game. Bill was a cantankerous bastard and Frank hated him.
We really didn't need the DLC episode. Way too much filler but that didn't bother me, I just don't think it was needed.
Not sure why they changed the burning building scene. I really liked Joel stopping her and then calling her baby girl then the conversation is muted. The game scene was way more impactful. Not sure why..
Other than those gripes, I still enjoyed the show. Having said that I have NO interest in the second season if it is going to be Last of Us 2. Nope. Will not watch. Will never watch.

and the 2nd game was the biggest POS of all time after the 1st video game was one of the best games of all time.
The pro snow white crowd will love it though.
