Softball game thread. Ashley Vallejo pitching for the Tigers today!

She was a great addition from McNeese but has been buried on the pitching depth chart for the Tigers. With Heavener struggling to throw strikes at times, it’s good to have someone like Vallejo who can throw 65 with a few different pitches.

Errors are contagious - when it rains, it’s pours

It's weird we didn't start Berzon for this game.

Been a great season but was a dumb fricking move on Beth’s end to start Vallejo. Could have gotten the sweep throwing Berzon

9 posts in 1.5 hrs kind of tells the tale.
Base lengths in women’s softball are straight up embarrassing.

Vallejo is far from the reason they are losing this game. Errors are the reason. It was 1-1 when Beth pulled Vallejo in the 4th and the reason the runner was on base was because of an error by Cofffey.

They're still only one game out of first place in the SEC. They have alot of very winnable series remaining.

Then another error by Edwards in the same inning.

Did Beth not see the 2nd baseman keep the ball in the infield? The runner wasn't even at 3rd and she waved her in with NO outs. Unbelievable.
One more inning. They still have a chance.

That was so stupid! Absolutely no reason to send her.

I seriously doubt there will be A LOT of cheerleading moments, as reality sets in against the Longhorns and Sooners.
