Just bought a Meta Quest 3 for my son.

What are the best uses for these? While I think it is pretty cool, I haven't found the best uses for it. He uses it for baseball training.

I think they’re for gaming primarily. The wife has one but it’s been in a drawer for years. One of her work friends got really into some fitness game on there and actually started looking a lot better. The plank game was fun for guests of all ages when these things first came out.

Well after using the Win Reality app his swing has gone in the wrong direction. Might try to return it if it's not too late.

Collecting dust if he’s like my son. Need to sell it. It’s fun in spurts but overall aggravating, but I probably just don’t know how to use it yet

I can play golf on it for hours. It has truly helped with real golf as well. You can watch sports like your there. X stadium is great.

Yeah we brought it back to Best Buy just before the deadline for returns. Also got a refund on the baseball training app we bought. They are pretty cool but kind of glitchy and I don't play video games, so it all worked out in the end.
