Best requirements for Americans to vote in any local and federal election

You shouldn't be allowed to vote without a passport.
It's a perfect proof of citizenship and these are more educated voters across the board.

My passport is expired. Many people don't have them unless they're planning to travel outside of the US.

Educated does not equal smart. There are plenty of single white women "finding themselves" by taking a summer off after college to travel abroad and obsessively post about it on social media that do not have jobs but live off of daddy's money until some poor sucker with money marries them.
The standard should be:
1) Proof of employment in the private industry
2) Verified social security number

he could but people like that dont normally go abroad for vacations because they cant leave for that long
same with tons of small business owners.

if you want to require something go back to land owners only or some form of civics test
