Has been sticking it to the bb program since Dale left. Terrible tourney seedings every single appearance, extreme violation penalties, veil threats, etc.
As much as this is a blunder of letting WW go, always remember it was the NCAA in the background. LSU has paid back the NCAAs hate of Dale and then some.

Woodward claimed he had to fire Wade. The investigation is over, the facts are out. He did not. That was just woodward spinning a narrative to get what he wanted

I don’t think we were going to find a premiere coach at time when we had sanctions on our team and concern that there was more to be uncovered. Just didn’t seem navigable without firing Wade. Easy to say that we could have kept Wade now

Bull , he brought this on himself. The football program could not be held responsible for the actions of a booster that paid a parent. Maybe a slap on the twrist. There was never any solid proof that Wade paid any LSU players.
