In the past century there was a total of 27 nation wide injunctions against ex branch.

Trump has had 46 injunction in 2 months.
And SFP still doesn’t understand lawfare is an issue. (Or that it even exists).

This is somewhat of a chicken or the egg problem. Trump very clearly wants to change the status quo and that sometimes abuts up to and contravenes existing law and precedent. I think most of you guys see that as a feature, not a bug.

All the Dims have left is lawfare, they will not stop until a few high profile Dims are forced to endure the same lawfare shite Trump, Bannon, Navarro, Roger Stone, Michael Flynn, etc. had to endure. It needs to happen x10.

Correct. I discussed how we'd have to measure this in detail either yesterday or the day before, but ultimately the standard relies on a lot of subjectivity so nobody would ever agree and it would devolve into partisanship.

You can make that argument but sometimes it doesn't even sniff contravening "existing law and precedent", and they still try to interfere. Clearly there are other factors at play here.
