Anyone gotten a refund yet? I was charged twice because their shitty website kept crashing when I was trying to buy a subscription. I sent an email asking to refund one of the charges and they said they would. That was ~20 days ago. I sent a follow up over a week ago with no response

I had a subscription around 2 years ago, didn't feel like it was worth it for me after the first month so I cancelled. They charged me for the next month so I requested a refund. Couple emails exchanged trying to sell me on keeping it and they refunded me shortly after.
