Almost went nachos but switched to chips & 7 layer style dip


Put this on the smoker for spring break at the beach this weekend

Lamb is very underrated. Sometimes better than a steak.

I do my lamb loin and rib chops simple:

Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Fresh garlic
Rosemary (from my rosemary bush)

Such a good alternative to steak and probably a healthier option.

It's my favorite protein. I cook it fairly often, though I've never tried my hand at chops because they're too expensive to screw up.

I make some mean Lamb meatballs, though, and an awesome lamb stew, using shank.
