The music and the Lord Huron parts are pretty good, but I'm not a fan of spoken word at all.
Hopefully, there's not too much of this on the album.

Lord Huron is by far my favorite modern band! They only have a handful of songs I don’t like & this is one of them. At this point I’m just hoping new album has at least a few songs I can get lost in.

I like to think this is introducing a main character. The POV from Vide Noir was Buck Vernon. It was about this adventure to LA to find his fiance. I'm hoping that this album follows the PoV character from this song. She gives a serial killer vibe.
