I like Tom Pettys channel, especially when they have reruns of him being DJ.
Wife & I had the time of our lives last night, what a show, blew us away!!! Brit Floyd is now at the top of our concert list anytime they are playing within 5-6 hr drive. Not a single note missed, payed wonderful homage to the original Pink Floyd members…& have to say I enjoyed their videos on the screen more than the originals in many cases. The chic singing Great Gig in the Sky was flawlessly powerful. Just terrific all the way around.
Lord Huron is by far my favorite modern band! They only have a handful of songs I don’t like & this is one of them. At this point I’m just hoping new album has at least a few songs I can get lost in.

FBI favorite son David Hogg

So let me get this straight, the person who has benefited the most from the mass shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School, is the son of an FBI agent who had the shooter on their “radar”, and that son of a FBI didn’t go to school on the day of the shooting. How convenient.
They should get cover bands. The Molly Ringwalds, Brit Floyd etc…That would actually be entertaining versus this waste of time brain rot drivel.
Easily the best. Petty halftime show was awesome as well. Funny thing is I don’t think either would have played if not for Janet nip slip. Had a nice run of great artists after that. Halftime shows have unfortunately sucked otherwise. I’d rather see circus performers than these idols of the pubescent.
Take a look for yourself I guess?
Maybe the other guys on stage also paying tribute to & that actually knew Harrison (Petty, Lynne) thought George would think it was top drawer cool.
Does not matter, super conferences stink, it’s just putting lipstick on a pig. Having a conference championship game is totally retarded money grab now as well, now that there are 12 playoff spots.
Every conference in nation should be 10 teams, everyone plays each other, champ decided in season. Conference championship games go the way of the dodo bird. Anything else is just trying to make a fart smell good.
Kids are distracted by phones as well these days, oblivious to their surroundings. Another factor, Cars used to be loud which helped as a warning, although noise canceling earbuds would still prevent hearing vehicle. Electric vehicles are TOO quiet, many people will wind up being hit by them. Overall more distractions for drivers & pedestrians alike.
Sound promising. Glad to see him playing a real Westerner again instead of John Dutton…who got more stale with each passing season.
Years ago I started wrapping with tinfoil & using colored permanent markers to write on foil. Just make sure it’s heavy duty foil & wrap it like a potato. Bonus: after unwrapped, ball up foil and choose an unsuspecting target.

“The Story” is probably her best song, however I prefer the version done by Jessie Pitts on The Voice in 2014

My favorite band since Pink Floyd!
Hope all ALIVE stuff is eventually packaged & released. I’ve only seen what has made it to youtube but like the remixes, though not ad much as the original songs. Love “Not Dead Yet”, & “Mine Forever” has groovy vibe??.
New album to drop May 21, can’t wait to (hopefully ????) discover more LH gems.
Lord Huron ~ “Lonesome Dreams”, “Strange Trails”, & “Vide Noir”.
For me, their music has an everlasting quality. Also, FWIW, I picture it being music Pink Floyd would make if they made an entire album while hiking & camping, with a light sprinkling of Elvis wiggle ??

Division Bell is a masterpiece.

Wifey & I 2nd that! For me, loved it since came out when Sr in high school. She was 13 when Wall came out (same yr I was born) & ever since Floyd was her favorite band. Got her the Division Bell 2 sided vinyl couple yrs ago, and it blew her away that she never knew it existed & how great it was. It’s right there with her original Dark Side & Wall vinyls as favorites in our collection.
