I agree completely. Too many things don't make good sense. For one, I still can't understand the rationale for US and EU entering this war. Was it because Russia is a bully and Ukraine is an innocent victim? Or Russia has designs on Europe and ignoring it would be tantamount to appeasement? Or NATO has designs on Moscow and Ukraine is a stepping stone? Or maybe it's something even more bizarre that I can't wrap my head around.

Second, I don't understand the endpoint of EU pursuing this war. Russia destroyed? WWIII? Putin deposed? NATO attacked and draw the US in further? Russia weakened/disabled? What if Russia gains the upper hand? Does anyone use nukes? What if China gets involved?

Everything ive seen in the last month, seems like lots of exposure to things hidden, maybe this show in the Oval Office was in fact somewhat planned for. There are reports that Z had conference calls with Nulan day of. Just day's before Nulan had her security clearance pulled..is that a coincidence? I've been downvoted here for years now for pointing out the very obvious fact that when it comes to foreign policy and foreign affairs the decisions the US makes are almost certainly based on classified information that none of us will ever know about. It might be a lot we don't know or a little, but you can be pretty sure there's at least some stuff that we don't know and will never know.

That's why I haven't said a word about this Zelenskyy thing on here.

I can armchair QB it and give my opinion, but my opinion might be based on ignorance of the most important details that went into the decision.

But no. To the populists that inhabit this place, that's a ridiculous notion. The American people know everything and can determine the advisability of any given action just by what's reported.
