He's pretty old now, and his body is beat to shite. If I'm him, I stay in the booth. He's got a great gig

Like what does he have to prove. He's going to be in the HOF and has won 4 super bowls

Not sure why he would go back when he can't be a focal point.

Someone told him “Gronko is a bronco” & he thought it sounded cool

I can’t imagine he’d be productive, but he was better with the Bucs than I thought he’d be.

Still, there’s a huge difference between coming back at age 31 after only one season off than coming back at age 36 after three seasons off.

He still does speed and ability training year round. Works out often with Ridley and his wife who are professional trainers

I think he would still be someone who saw the field but not sure he would be much more than that

Would it have something to do with Kelce coming back to play another year?

That first big hit is going to feel different as a 36 year old that hasn't been on the field in several years than it did back in his playing days.

I doubt it, outside of him maybe seeing Kelce jog around in the SB and going “maybe I can still do this afterall”

I can’t imagine this ever actually materializes. I guess it would if he is truly serious about it, but he’s got a pretty sweet gig that he’s surprisingly good at at Fox and while his back probably feels better than it ever has after 3 years off, probably not gonna take much to reinjure or compound his chronic issues with his back/knees

Denver also seems like the most random spot to throw out there

I don’t think he is coming back at all

But I would think it would be Buffalo

He grew up a Buffalo fan, still talks about Buffalo all the time on his podcast, and loves and is friends with Allen, and they are clearly a contender

Agreed. No reason for a comeback.

Buffalo would make a lot of sense for those reasons, I think he still is a bit salty about the Bills passing over him in the draft tho.
