This guy from Ant-Man got it pretty bad:
If we add in the TV shows, then that lady that got burned alive by Man-Thing in Werewolf by Night, that guy John Walker beat to death with Cap's shield, and that guy Frank Castle eye gouged and stabbed to death are all contenders.

Not technically MCU I supposed, but professor X dying (kind of) in the 3rd X-Men movie got me as a younger man

That death isnt that bad. He lost his mouth for 3 seconds and then died instantly
