Dan Hooker has injured his hand and is no longer fighting in UFC 313 against Justin Gaethje.
Sucks. I was almost as excited for this fight as I was for Alex Ps title defense.
Wonder who steps up to fight JG.
Maybe Holloway??

Seems like a good opportunity for Arman to get back on Dana’s good side but I don’t know the extent of his back injury
Most likely rearrange the other LW matchups, maybe give him Jalin Turner

Bummer. Feel like that's been happening often recently, mega cards getting derailed when one of the main attractions has to cancel.
The UFC usually does its best to replace it with something wild / interesting, but it's not the same.
Wonder if Poirier is thinking about throwing his hat in the ring? He really wanted that loss vs. Gaethje back. May never get another chance like this. Would Poirier be able to take this fight with enough time before his NOLA retirement fight?

March would be pushing it. He said his next fight is in July or August
Gaethje vs Topuria would be awesome... I just don't know if they have bigger plans already for him

Poirier would be dumb to take this fight in short notice. Unless they pay a ridiculous amount.
I think fiziev 2 makes the most sense.both guys have fought and have familiarity. And it was a close fight.
I hope they do something because that fight was the one I most wanted to see. I’m about to quit hitting Vegas cards they seem to be the most lackluster these days.
