Have you guys used a travel agent or concierge service to plan out a trip to Vegas? Can you give me some recs? Thanks

You definitely don’t need a travel agent.
I have used the hotel concierge for scarce show tickets or restaurant reservations but that is about it.
I know people who got on junkets through the casinos. I have been invited on these but have always declined because I know that it would end up costing me more than if I just paid for my own trip.

Do you have an American Express card? They have an excellent concierge service.

Join free rewards programs for MGM, Caesar’s, Venetian, and/or Wynn to get the best hotel rates.
Some programs, like MGM, offer the best discounts for shows. We got 50% off Spiegelworld Atomic Saloon when we stayed at Venetian.

Does anyone in the group gamble that could get better room prices ?
Can’t go wrong with Caesar’s. It’s massive but centrally located.
I like the linq and the promenade as it’s a little cheaper area to go drink and shoot the shite in .
( my dad is a 7 stars member- that’s the highest tier you can get from gambling at Caesar’s properties ) and you can gift status to one other person. So of course I talked him into giving it to me. It’s so great. Bypass all lines to check in or buffets or pretty much anything.

4 days in Vegas is a lot... My liver and pocketbook would be toast.

Never used a travel agent or concierge for Vegas. Though I've been going to Vegas for 20 years. I'd recommend staying mid strip if this is your first trip.
Vegas can be done so many different ways; really depends on your budget.
Personally i prefer staying at Aria, Cosmo or Vdara. Vdara has no casino/restaurants but it's only a couple minutes walking to Aria or Cosmo. Also, it's just a few mins to Bellagio now with the new interior walkway they built.
Park MGM is also a good option if trying to save some $ on the room and can get to the above hotels easily.
I get comp rooms from MGM resorts so I'm biased toward those group of properties.
