So far, I really like what Moore is doing with the staff. I still think next season will be bad because of the cap and aging roster, but I think he is righting the ship

That's fine. It's a figurehead position at this point in this league anyway with how irrelevant they have made special teams with all the stupid rule changes.

He can only right the ship by clearing the cap and drafting well. If that starts to happen we can post some optimism.
