What is best restaurant in BR that offers the most vegan/carnivore meal options for lunch and dinner? Will be in town Monday-Tuesday. TIA

Well that is too polar opposite ends of the spectrum. Good luck.

OP probably has someone amongst his party who is vegan, but OP also wants good meat/seafood for the other eaters.
Typically either Mexican or Asian (Thai) places can fit that bill. Lots of places in the Houston area that are good and have both available, but I’ve found Baton Rouge not so much.
Maybe that Italian place under the overpass would be a good option. The vegan diner can get some sort of pesto pasta or something with just veggies, and other diners have good options.
Ate at Albasha in Baton Rouge last week because I had a vegan diner with me (daughter at LSU), and while she likes the place a lot, I found the lamb chops not to be anywhere as good as the lamb chops at Poseidon’s in Lafayette or other places I’ve enjoyed them at. They did have some redfish and speckled trout options that night on the blackboard that might have been pretty good.

Let the cow eat the hay and grass and you eat the cow. Problem solved.

Any Indian restaurant (Swagat), Thai (Chai Thai Lao) or Vietnamese (Pho Cafe) restaurants that has veggie options, also a real nice sit down place is Cocha. There are also some good Japanese and ramen places as well. There are actually really good places all around town that have good combos.
