He will do something. He is too early into the presidency to not follow through with something. It would be bad to have an empty threat. It would totally undermine everything he has said and threatened towards other countries.

I read somewhere today they were going to release 3 on Saturday. I guess they think that trickling them out causes suckers. Bad news, fakirs.
