Honest question….
Now that athletes are getting paid, why can’t they come back to school as long as they have eligibility left? This would only apply to athletes that left early for the pros.

While we’re at it, why not let 18 year olds just go straight to the NFL?

That is on the NFLPA. They don’t want more options to lose their position to younger, cheaper players. The owners love it too, because it gives them three years to evaluate

thats an NFL rule and courts have ruled on that plenty of times in the past.

I wonder how far off we are from unlimited eligibility for everyone? If someone wants to stick around for 10 years getting paid in college why shouldn’t they be able to?
