Praise be! Baseball is back tomorrow.

Anybody have any recommendations on baseball specific podcasts? Any specific YouTube channels where I can catch his shows and post game interviews?

Recommendations appreciated. TYIA, I’ll hang up and listen.

The tigerbait youtube channel has a lot of the press conferences.

Hunt Palmer's baseball segments on his show.

There are a lot of really bad ones out there though.

Musso at the Box has gotten me through this week. New episodes daily, about 30 mins long, good commuting podcast.

Mik'd Up is at its best during baseball season. (Go Figure). Mikie Lloyd and Jared have some great baseball conversations from a former players perspective. Lloyd is the man, he's "one of us" for sure. They also have players and CJJ on the show all throughout the season.

He repeats the phrase "things of that nature" 45 times in a podcast.

He attempts to talk about things from memory and then talks about how he doesn't have notes or stats in front of him. And it's not a live show. He can do more prep and have materials in front of him for the things he intends to talk about. It's maddening how ill prepared he is.

And the way he uses the word "y'all" makes me think he's a dumb white lady gossiping at Starbucks.

I do disagree with his takes often, but he supplies you with a plethora of facts and stats, and good previews of schedule and opponents.

I'd exercise caution in claiming Musso gives out facts.

His podcast was my most listened on my Spotify year in review. I’ll just say it’s entertaining background noise during my lunch break. We see ball very differently, to put it nicely.

Look I'm not on here to defend someone's podcast, I'll just say that there are probably 2 people who will know where Purdue Fort Wayne's leadoff hitter gets his coffee every morning and thats CJJ and Musso. The dude does his homework.

Yeah, Musso is a mess. Notes on your phone might be an ok place to start but you have to write it down or type it out on your laptop.

This is better and how he should roll it out

Jared Mitchell is great. If college baseball was as big as college football he would be on Gameday.

It’s a great show. JJ is on a lot. a lot of players go on it.

It would be great if the sound on the show was even average.

Mitchell’s remote setup makes it even worse. The volume is so out of whack

I knew this was coming.
I'm just a guy who appreciates a good sense of humor and super inappropriate jokes at the worst possible times. He's a liability but thats what keeps you on your toes.

It’s a Moscona-ism. Musso is a Scone clone

Just type Jay Johnson into YouTube. He has been very generous with interviews all offseason & especially recently.

I dunno if he has a podcast but that kind of jacked young guy (his name escapes me) has been doing some really good stuff. He works for one of the news stations.

If he doesn’t have a pod he should start one.

John Eads with WAFB. Has been putting out good content on both youtube and twitter.

He's got a 45 minute interview with Chris Martin, the strength coach, from yesterday.

John Eads, he's still a little rough around the edges, but he's done good work.

Still making my way through his long form interview with Chris Martin.
