The dancers were all in red, white, and blue. Kendrick Lamar sang about the revolution within the first line of lyrics. Parts of the stage were shapes on the PlayStation controller buttons (circle, square, triangle, X) and at the end They flashed “GAME OVER” in the crowd.

I keep reading about this amazing symbolism and that the olds just don't understand, yet no one seems to be be burdened with stating what the message actually was.
Frankly, I just didn't find it all that entertaining. To be fair, it's not my brand of music so I am the wrong guy to ask. I watched, thought "meh", and poured another bourbon before the 2nd half got started.

It was funny to me how SLJ is out there under the pretense than “oh we can’t have KJL go there” and “we can’t handle the truth” and “got to keep him suppressed” and “he has to be more mainstream”
