Any major city that says they will not support ICE on deportations.

Trump should immediately go to the podium and state, ‘Any major city (San Fran, NY, Chicago, LA, etc. Oh, and Martha’s Vineyard.. Definitely Martha’s) that does not support the efforts of our country in removing illegals is hereby declared a temporary sanctuary. ICE will not operate in these cities until they request it.’
Have Rubio give the statement in Spanish.

I don’t think he should do it with all of them, but I would enjoy him publicly saying we will be staying out of 2 or 3 cities and see what happens once the aliens start piling in.
