Have any of you foodies tried this?
Comes from a little ol' meat market in the sticks in Alabama. Hunters Gold Custom Meats. Website is simple, but FB is pretty active.

Yea it’s amazing.
We bring nilgai meat from south texas and he does sweet heat nilgai sausage. It is outstanding and everyone that’s ever tried it raves about it.

Sweet heat sausage is pretty common. My favorite is at Bayou Boucherie in Raceland, LA.

I cooked some Sweet Heat from NuNu's and put on homemade french bread pizza. Was delicious. Honey and jalapeno flavored.
