Given the $238 billion budget, that's an average of $4.76 billion dollars for each state.

That'll buy a lot of school supplies and give teachers some raises.

Hopefully, ESL budgets in each district will soon be unnecessary.

He can remove all but the secretary of education position for the next 4 years. But Congress would need to dismantle to permanently close down

But congress can use budget conciliation to defund for 10 years.

Can’t he keep it “open” but severely curtail and cut so it’s existence is to merely advisory to the states?
