The "black Johnny Storm" part has me thinking he's just pulling shite from previous films because this one isn't woke enough for him to hate... yet.

And to actually discuss the teaser...
It looks like it's truly a period piece, which is what a lot of us have wanted from Marvel and DC... but with Dr. Doom supposedly appearing in Secret Wars, I'm wondering if Secret Wars will not just bring together heroes vs villains like the comic, but time traveling heroes and villains. Like... would Chris Evans show up as the WWII Cap, the FF in their Cold War iterations...

I think Secret Wars will finally end the "multiverse" saga. it will bring together all different times and variants and solidify one true timeline again.
That will allow Marvel to get back to telling one story and one set of characters.

Captain America: DO BETTER SENATOR and *Thunderbolts No Star Power aren't going to do well at all.
I'll give you Cap. But the early word on thunderbolts is that it is really good.

It looked good and Florence Pugh is hot. They need to work a little nudity in since she doesn't appear to mind showing the twins.

i'm as as anit-"woke' as you get but Thunderbolts looks like legit fun.
Cap just decided to make a likeable character and actor do random stupid statements unnecessarily. Unforced error.

Honestly, I hope they shelve the Avengers for an extended period. With Ryan Gosling signing on to play Ghost Rider (not sure which iteration) it opens up a completely different path away from the Cosmic and more towards the magical/horror side of Marvel. We already have Elsa Bloodstone, Man Thing and Werewolf by Night as canon in the MCU, so we could easily get some Midnight Sons stories. Typically this type of movie is cheaper to make, which given Marvel/Disney's stated goal of being leaner, fits.

I hadn’t heard Gosling is Ghost Rider. What movie/movies will this be for?

Ok...I've been a FF fan since the late 60's. Overall the trailer looks pretty good. A couple of pedantic observations...
I can't believe they're using "Herbie". Didn't like it when it was introduced way back in the day and still don't like it.
Ben Grimm should have a very thick Brooklyn accent. This actors voice is too "normal".
While I'm not a fan of Pedro as Reed, his looked ok in the Trailer.
Seeing a comic book proper Galactus is freaking awesome.
I'm in.

i wasn't impressed. i'm sure it'll be fine, but i have a soft spot for the original 2 movies from the 2000s.
