Alternatives to Lisinopril

Having a conversation with a friend that takes 10mg daily, another friend takes the same.

Those are both pretty low doses. What supplements could they try to get off these meds?

I know of carditone. What else should they consider?

8oz glass of beet juice a day and low sodium diet plus drink water regularly is the best I can tell you

Lots of truth here no doubt, but one is definitely not overweight, the other could lose a few.

Eliminate processed foods & eat lower carb. Insulin in the kidneys can increase the blood pressure.

Are they using it for hypertension? Could also be used for kidney disease.

I swear I read an lsu77 that had a few different supplements that helped lower blood pressure.

Nattokinase was one I think.

I don’t think anything OTC will lower BP enough to d/c lisinopril. Lifestyle and diet change will be #1. I was on 20mg 2 years ago before weight loss and now I maintain 120s/70s using 5mg cialis.
