…and some of you clowns honestly believe that no one “wants” this job????

The melt on this board has become laughable with this search. Am I saying it’s the most desirable of the 32??? No. Is it arguably bottom 5??? Currently, yes. But all be damned if there aren’t very qualified candidates that would/will accept the position when offered.

Also…..I think it’s also pretty obvious it’s going to be Moore and will be announced after SB. And if he didn’t want it, he would’ve turned it down and saved us a few weeks of waiting.

Agreed. It’s Moore. If it wasn’t they would be pumping sunshine on the players loving Rizzi and he would be announced already.

We’ll see on this. I’m sure Moore is putting out feelers on who would join him in NOLA if he accepts. The response should concern us, if no quality coaches want to join him in NOLA it won’t surprise if he ultimately pulls out.

Speaking of clowns, you’re kind of acting like one. I would say that posters on this board are saying no qualified person actually wants this job because the Saints organization has tied any potential Qualified Head Coach hands with the shitty management of the Personnel and contracts on thisSaints team

32 jobs and Saints apparently rank either 31 or 32 in least desirable….. based on coaching interest from candidates grabbing 6 other HC jobs… and we still are waiting !

I’m actually beginning to like the narrative around this hire.

New coach comes in with a chip on his shoulder about being labeled the bottom of the barrel HC.

First meeting with the team he should play all the clips of say how dysfunctional and a shite show New Orleans is and how they’re a joke. Etc.

Mickey knows he has to support this coach as much as possible because it’s the last he’ll hire and likely define his legacy. Gayle also should want to run shite in the faces of the people saying she should sell.

Might make a good movie one day. lol.

Amazing job being so stoic man. You’ve really shown the lesser fans with that 4th question mark. This slow clap is for you sir.

Terrible take.

What up and coming coach wants to hitch their wagon to this train wreck? None.

If we had tons of cap room, some picks and a decent GM, we wouldn’t be here.

But here we are.

You can sugarcoat all you want, but Loomis is prob getting fired in the next few years, we have no QB and no cap room.

Not exactly a recipe for success.

OP forgot his meds today. His take is horrendously bad.

Even if we hired Moore he isn’t anything special and won’t be able to make big decisions thanks to our GM.

But he will work with a washed up and injury prone QB that the Raiders dumped.

Hey Gyno…

6 of the 7 HC opening have been filled already BEFORE the Super Bowl; indicating 86% Goal Attainment….that’s a fact and ONLY the Saints remain to pick over the Leftovers.

I have a high IQ .. but the fact you seem to feel it’s acceptable that Saints have been left in the dust per hiring not only HC but Staff Assistants ….left to pick from the SCRAPS remaining in the coaching ranks

Doesn’t speak well for your IQ or prowess.

Remember, it was you who sadly brought up IQ.

You’re equating waiting to fill the job to getting a lesser candidate, which reflects of your poor knowledge of ball

Take for instance Kevin O’Connell, who was the last coach hired coming off the 2022 season. The guys hired early that year? Your very own Dennis Allen. Titans of industry like Matt Eberflus, Nathaniel Hackett, Josh McDaniels, Doug Pederson, and Lovie Smith. None of them have their job still but at least they filled their vacancies early!

Kyle Shannhan? Last coach hired during his cycle. Early hired? Doug Marrone, Anthony Lynn, Vance Joseph - all jobless.

You don’t know any better and that’s ok.

Hey Gyno….

Yes, you’re right……

The coaching ranks have been picked over by 6 NFL Teams…. We are left to take the scraps.
We have to fill an entire football staff with what remains after 6 other teams had first preference and gave offers first to who they wanted.

You know what…. Everyone should adopt this hiring strategy for ALL industries.

Let all your competition have first crack and make offers to all the talent…. then your company takes all the scraps and leftovers in personnel. Sure… you’ll be successful.

Sounds like a winning strategy to me !!

Kudos to you in showing everyone the light.

I DON’T think so …. but everyone has their opinion.
