Anyone excited to watch JD play today?

Me and the kids had a ton of fun watching them beat the lions . They're too young to remember JB, but they're very excited to watch JD play today. Very much looking forward to history that could be made, having JD be the first rookie to take his team and start in a superbowl. Glad him and JB/Chase have given me a reason to watch some NFL and enjoy football a little more and a little longer into the year.

Put a 8.5 lbs pork butt on a little before 8am this morning. Probing currently at 133. Just finished doctoring up some beans with all the fixings and just threw them on the smoker about 30 minutes ago.

Absolutely. It's been by far biggest thing I've been looking forward to over the weekend. He has the chance to be the 1st rookie QB led team to Super Bowl.
My only concern is that the biggest game I can remember from him were 2022 and 2023 Bama. He led 1 to a victory and the 2nd fell short. Doesn't help Defense let up 42 pts though.

You better crank up the heat or wrap them in foil for awhile. My pork butt usually takes a solid hour per lb smoking at 250! That’s a great game day choice by the way
