Brady got his arse fired the first chance he had to be an OC. McCarthy = Payton = Tomlin. You may not like him, but the dude is a winner.

When I bring this up people try using Carolinas roster as the reason....so let's just turn the 'cap' off and just sign and trade for all the top offensive talent.....then let's also turn 'injuries' off so he won't have any issues. Just like Kubiak....dude is a genius when everyone is healthy and you have talent.
