An over looked EO was signed today. Roll back of Communist goal #22

Trump has just ordered his administration to ensure all federal buildings respect classic architecture of American heritage.
This will effectively work to ensure federal building designs are more scrutinized and have the "look" of American government buildings.
That might seem like a small thing, but:
That's #22 on 45 stated goals by communists for America.

Yep subliminally meaningful. I like it. Good catch
ETA these are such fine details that make a difference. Today’s architecture is one of those things that creates depression when you look at the buildings of old we used to build in the 19th and early 20th century. So beautiful and they inspired you. Reminds me of Elons speech today about Americans being inspired again

My county still has, and uses, it's courthouse that was built in the 1800s. Classic, beautiful architecture that adds to the community.
Most counties have modernist boxes that have zero character and frankly look like dated shite.

A pretty building doesn't have to be inefficient.
And yes, I will happily pay more for a building that beautifies the community versus a concrete monolith that would look at home in the Soviet Union.

This may surprise you, but I have had this opinion long before Trump came up with it.
I think I've made it pretty clear here that I do not automatically assume whatever position Trump takes. If you paid any attention at all while LARPing your way around here you would know that.
