Need help with Little League tshirt design...

Just found out that my team is the Badgers this year...not sure of the team colors, but I suspect that white ink on a colored shirt will work.
Any thoughts on a design? Either the word Badgers with a baseball and/or bat somehow incorporated, or a little badger with the word badgers.

NBDY, Vipers are a 6 year old team...by the way, we made shirts using the design from one of you guys...stout? green with white ink...looked awesome...all the other teams had white shirts with dark ink...pfffttt...
