Zac Taylor deserved to be fired along with the defensive staff for wasting Burrow’s season. Chase’s and Higgins’ seasons, too.

Yep, The Bengals should've started fresh. Taylor has had his chances. The real problem on defense is they lack talent because they've drafted like crap. They have Hendrickson and that's it

It's pedantic, but in terms of VALUE this year I would put Daniels even ahead of Burrow. Don't get me wrong. Burrow had a great statistical year, and it was largely his defense that let him down, but what Daniels has done in Washington is remarkable. The Bengals underachieved this year. Daniels has helped elevate that entire franchise from 4-13 going nowhere last season, to 12-5 in the divisional round of the playoffs. And while McClaurin is really good, he's not quite Jamar Chase. Daniels is taking maybe a bit weaker roster than Burrow and bringing them to new heights. And he's doing it in the most high stress moments. He's not fazed by anything in the 4th quarter in do-or die situations.
I like Joe. Statistically he was better this year. But Daniels has been more valuable to the success of his team.

LSU has been in the top 3 most former players in the NFL for going on 25 years now.

That's very very debatable, and I don't mean any disrespect towards Daniels when I say this, but the Bengals have a MUCH worse record with Daniels at QB. The commanders might be super bowl contenders with Burrow.
Burrow had a great season by the numbers. If the Bengals are playing this weekend he probably easily the NFL MVP.
Daniels also had a great season, for a rookie. But it's not the same level. Both will be really great in the NFL for the next 10+ years. I would love to see a Burrow/Daniels super bowl one day.

Part of the issue with the Bengals early was Chase not being ready. The offense was shite that first game, which that 1 loss cost them the playoffs. Burrow had chances in games with the ball to either put it away or drive to win and could not. The defense actually put him in one of those positions because the offense was not good.
On the flip side, Daniels drove his team down the field multiple times for the win, including versus the Bengals, and in the playoffs last week to set up the game winning FG.
I would give it to Daniels who like Burrow didn’t have a running back and only 1 reliable receiver except Daniels has only 1 all season versus Burrow having Higgins healthy for those last several games.

Higgins arse didn’t play much so let just say Zac wasted Joe and Chases and Hendrickson season.

You dont under why one of the most dynamic qbs ever gets mvp love?
He is literally the Bills' entire offense... he doesn't have a Derrick Henry or a Ja'Marr Chase on the field with him.

All under 30. And we have 3 of the top 6 rookie of the year candidates in Daniels, Thomas Jr, and Nabors. Even with Bowers balling out, this will be a travesty if Daniels doesn't win it.

Cincy has spent money on the oline in FA but the reality is they have been flops.
