Its past the point of “the last program didn’t know how to coach this kid”

6'2 190 with plus athleticism and natural cover skills. Just because he can't stay on the field long enough to show it off doesn't mean the talent isn't there. 5* athletic talent with a 0* brain.
Depending on the price, I don't see the harm for OU. The upside is far greater than the downside for the right price. All you need is for him to put it together for 1 season. If he screws up just boot him like we did essentially. If 1 kid is "culturally significant" then your culture isn't very good to begin with.

Im aware of his measurables. But ive also seen him the few times he was on the field. Just doesnt look to have the cover skills or speed or ball skills id expect. Also doesnt fill out the uni quite like id expect someone of that frame

I was going to say, I admittedly could be wrong and didn’t analyze enough of anything to say this is accurate, but just from watching games I really didn’t even think he was that good.

He definitely played but it was limited or teams didn't throw his way at all.
