Notre Dame Fans saying Brian Kelly could “never have this type of playoff success at ND”….

Notre Dame championship and playoff losses @ND
2012 Alabama BCS Championship
No one was beating that Alabama team and they would likely win by 40+ against this years ND championship team.
Predicted Line vs. 2024 ND would be ALA -19.5
2019 Clemson
Clemson had a second year Trevor Lawrence and were absolutely rolling coming off of a National Title win the year prior.
Predicted Line vs 2024 ND would be CLEM -12.5
2020 Alabama
I really don’t have to say much here other than they are a top 3 football team of our lives.
Predicted Line vs 2024 ND would be ALA -24.5
So before ND fans jump on their high horse and act like Freeman is doing something “Kelly could never do” at Notre Dame just think about who Kelly has had to play.
The truth about Notre Dame is even at their best there will always be someone better than them. We’ve seen it time and time again and there is a reason they are a 10 point dog heading into the title game.
I will eat all of my words if they somehow beat OSU but until they do, Freeman isn’t doing anything Kelly didn’t.

Comparing the teams Kelly coached in those games and those lines plus the fact they are 10 point dog to a two loss Ohio State team that would lose to all of those teams.

Predictions are rarely 100% accurate so yes. You take a look at the line when ND played them and ND lines from this year and you make your own! I bet we’re pretty close.

No way to tell, but it’s apples to oranges because Kelly faced much better teams than Freeman has. So it’s a dumb comparison either way.

Philly, here you go. Explain the blowouts. Look at his wins in those years. He's under .500 vs ranked opponents in his career. 3-6 at LSU. Something else is motivating you folks to prop BK up. You need him to be something he isn't and never was. Lol. Look at the schedules and results.
