Nuss made better throws than all of them. If he would just learn to tuck and run he would be a runaway Heisman..

Crazy to see the defenses of Both Ohio State and Notre Dame look so strong.

2 NFL receivers and a serviceable defense is the key

It’s fun to watch defenses hitting like these teams have shown.

Got to get that back

That Ohio state team has a great defense. Great receivers and running backs. A pretty good qb.

It's like Matt Mauck + 2 NFL receivers + peak JV + the nasty 2003 defense.

They all have legit defenses though. But Nuss has everything needed to be a championship qb. It’s the awful turnovers he has to fix

That’s because everybody in the country had an average QB at best. Stetson Bennett is the only QB in the last 10 years to win a natty & not be a 1st rd pick. This year is an outlier

They all have complete teams around them though. That's enough to make them look better.

Eye test says differently. They matched up against great defenses in this round and none of them looked elite.

I think Howard and Ewers are both above average players, but Nuss is asked to do so much more than them from a down to down perspective it makes any statistical comparison shaky at best.

Some of that is coaching- Chip Kelly and Sark are probably 2 of the best 5-10 offensive minds in all of college football.

Hard to believe Ewers can be as bad as he is. If arch is so great why is he sitting the bench.

The playmakers can only consistently make plays when the play isn't disrupted at the LOS.

A good Oline can make medium ability QB's and RB's unstoppable.

Good Dline can disrupt the offensive gameplan and allow their offense multiple shots by having the opponents go 3 and out.

All 4 teams in the finals have good to very good interior lines on both sides of the ball.

Not really a fan for any of them, but glad that the last two games were fun to watch, kept your interest until the end and weren't blowouts. Good football.

But the final 2 teams have QBs who would run if need be.

The missed opportunities when Nuss was not under duress or in pressure situations is what does not sit well. But hey it is easy to blame every single other outside factor. Some of yall really are delusional about his play. Its crazy.

Ewers - threw a pick last night from a very clean pocket that looked like he had money on the buckeyes.

Howard's pick was severely underthrown and he didn't have anyone on top of him.

What's your point other than to try and bash Nuss?

Drawing conclusions on 1 game is dumb. Doing it over 1 pass even worse.

Pretending Nuss played better than either of these QBs this year is completely delusional. If that is bashing so be it. I’ll eat it.
