currently have a hand me down greenworks which I am not a fan of. Looking for something with a bump feed head. Looking to spend 200 or less. TIA

I have a 60V GW and it is a bump feed, I like mine, and will be buying the edger soon.

I got the dewalt 60V just to keep all my batteries the same. It's way better than I expected compared to my gas stihl. Only complaint is that the head rotation is opposite of my old stihl so it threw my cut routine off.

I've had a Kobalt 80V since 2016. Love it.

I have heard good things about the Ego. I have an Ego mower and love it

I have had the Kobalt 80v and currently have the Ego 56v.
I think if I had to choose between the two, I'd go back to the Kobalt. I have a half acre and could easily weedeat and blow my entire property without having to worry about charging the battery. With the Ego, I can weedeat the front and back, but hardly make it out of the garage blowing without the battery dying on me. And that is with having the weedeater on the Low setting. I've had to switch to mowing the front, then weedeating and blowing, and then putting the battery on the charge while I mow the back. It isn't a huge deal but I'd rather just mow all at once.
On the plus side of the Ego though, I like the auto-feed for the string. It makes putting string in quick and easy. The Kobalt's head would gunk up after a while which would make loading more string a pain. There were a few times where I would have to stop completely and take the head apart to knock the dirt and grass out. They may have fixed that though. My trimmer was purchased in 2019.

I have the Kobat trimmer and mower, happy with both and have standardized on Kobalt for battery interchangeability more than anything.
Only thing I'd do differently now is that I bought the 40v trimmer which is enough power and runtime for my needs, but the 80v trimmer will take different heads like the Shakespeare wheras the 40v cannot and the Kobalt bump-feed is crap so I end up pulling it through by hand. It's only a minor annoyance since I only have to feed it once per use but I'd much rather have one like this that I've used before:

I have an EGO 56V string trimmer from Lowes and love it…I will never again drag power cords around or frick with gas cans. I think it cost about $200.

I’ve had a stihl fsa 85 for many years. I just replaced the motor. Back in business. Highly recommend

20v collapsible Dewalt is fine. Can wind head in like 1 minute.
Use the strong, thin string and it cuts good.
I blew a top motor bearing($1) once but that was from scalping bare dirt 4x 5ah batteries back to back.
