Also, FBI claiming he left suicide notes on his phone, that was in the vehicle and somehow managed to survive and operable while everything else was burned to a crisp.

I tried to think of such a possibility, but I'm sure you've seen bullets penetrating things and what that looks like. I don't see how his head would still be intact and with that type of round, as powerful as it is, we should be seeing an exit of the round from the vehicle.
Anything is possible but it feels like we are getting lied to by the FBI and the federal govt, again, and as always.
