Rule of thumb: any transfer who leaves programs like OSU, Alabama, and Texas probably weren’t good enough to be starters at those places. If they weren’t good enough to play at those places, then they definitely aren’t good enough to play here.

That’s really not true at all. Ewers, Hurts, Burrow, Bond, Downs. It’s a case by case basis with anyone.
