Hancock Whitney Bank evacuates customers, shuts down in Uptown New Orleans

I haven't been able to find more info, but I'm assuming (hoping) it's an overly sensitive reaction which is understandable in the wake of a terrorist attack.

Every single remotely suspicious thing in NOLA will be given extra scrutiny for the next couple weeks. This is likely nothing.

WinstonCup showed up and withdrew his Weekend Winnie Winnings and they ran out of cash and had to shut the doors

Stay calm. They likely just found a box that wasn’t labeled or something and they are taking extra precaution.

Going to be like this for a few days.

Yea I’ve heard about a few suspicious packages getting the full treatment around town this morning

They wanted the day off.
