This is how the driver got on Bourbon Street - Video

Wait. Why was someone following that truck on what appears to be a cell phone, zooming in and out, prior to its turn onto Bourbon street?

Are we sure this wasn't a case of bad driving? The FBI did stop the city short of declaring this a terrorist attack at a press conference. The pops could of been the police shooting at him to stop him from continuing to drive, PERIOD. Or could of been nearby celebratory fireworks or shots fired in the air. I've seen situations before where vehicles lurched forward out of control and it was an accident. Hard to imagine anyone would be this cruel.

The purposeful turn and acceleration
The explosive device in his car
The body armor and fatigues he was wearing
The guns and ammo and shootout with police once he luckily wrecked
And the ISIS flag on the back of the truck…
I guess other than that it could have been accidental bad driving
