Workout apps

I used to be a gym nut. Getting back at it bought my first set of dumbbells. Is there any apps that show different workouts? I don’t Wana buy a poster, and always having to google workouts gets old between sets.

I like the strong app for tracking my progress with big lifts.

Liftosaur is free and has some pre loaded workouts on them, starting strength, GZCL, 5/3/1, etc. it’s a design your own program app, and it can take some getting used to, but I’m an idiot and I figured it out.
Boostcamp is another free app that has tons of workouts and user added workouts. I would probably start here. You just can’t change what lifts are on them without the paid version, which is really cheap btw

Fitbod is great. Will generate workouts, track your own if you want to program. Lots of features
