Being that it’s up to the EFL’s discretion of at what point in the competition it’s implemented, I don’t understand the logic of why it wasn’t implemented this round being that all clubs in the quarterfinals have the infrastructure for it.

All the favorites win and advance to the semis

Obviously want the easiest route and for Liverpool to win it but I hope Arsenal and spurs don’t meet in the semis so there’s a possibility of a North London derby in the final storylines would be endless
