With the wild West going on with NIL I suggest that any games forfeited or vacated from past teams should be restored.

I suggest I should get the money back for that speeding ticket I got back in 1998.

Why is this even a thought in your head? Who care about games vacated 10 years ago. Especially when we saw who won the games.

not because of a rule change after they were vacated to make the reason they were vacated in the first place now legal.
that was a case on whether or not the NCAA could punish Penn State for actual crimes committed rather than breaking NCAA rules.
