First two episodes released today. Set after The Suicide Squad with Amanda Waller returning.

Watched both. GI Robot is easily the funniest character. Solid show imo.

I'm debating if I wanna watch this now, or just wait till it's over and binge it. But I'll definitely be giving it a watch. I enjoyed Gunn's SS movie.

Spoilers

I wasn’t expecting a backstory of Frankenstein, or the Bride of Frankenstein but I’m here for it. That Weasel looking creature is my favorite, even though it doesn’t speak. DC Animated will get a long rope from me because it’s so much better and so much more consistent VS the live action DC.

I'm enjoying the show so far. The GI Robot episode 3 was on point and interesting. The episodes are very short at around 20 minutes and feel even shorter when watching. It feels like this could have been a better watch by binging- or at least making it into a feature length film.

The first episode had me banging my head on the wall because it was yet another plot from Suicide Squad, Task Force X, Justice League Task Force, Batman and the Outsiders, and on and on... ("We need you to go to Not-a-real-country-istan because the US can't officially be there...").

But then they got to the origin stories and it turned into an interesting and entertaining series.

And, strangely, I'm enjoying the music.

Looking forward to Episode 4.

Just finished this last night. I liked this a lot more than I thought I would. It was very good.

Surprisingly good is how I'd recommend it.

Focusing on the individual origin stories with the mission as almost a sub-plot kept the thing from getting stale. It looks like we'll get some fresh faces for Season 2, so hopefully the format can do well for another run.

just started tonight. Pretty good so far. Funny good action for an animated movie.

GI Robot is hilarious.
