Does Lynn Rollins seem a bit off his game today to anyone else? Vic Howell has had to correct him several times in the first half. Not directly, but just come behind him and clean up things a bit. He just seems like he isn’t fully there.

BTW- 63-18 at the half. LSU held NC Central scoreless in the second quarter.

Lyn screws up all the time in regular games. The lagniappe he adds to his calls is what makes him a hall of famer.

It's because basketball is a indoor sport and he can't see that the sky is Cerulean Blue

Great first half against a weak opponent. What you want to do. 1 negative Rosario is charmin soft.

Outscored them 37-0 in 2Q. Weak opponent or not, still impressive

It’s been like that all year for him. He had a pretty rough second half calling the men’s game the other day too. I’d say he’s just getting older and basketball moves pretty quickly for him at his age.

Still a legend but Father Time is undefeated

Didn’t say it wasn’t. Said it’s what you want to do. Dominate a weak opponent

It looks like Kim has done a great job creating depth. Wolfenbarger looks good off the bench along with Gilbert whose like a Vinnie Johnson with the instant offense. I was hoping Del Rosario was going to slim down a little, but she still provides a veteran body for the low post. Richard has been getting some minutes so far too.

She just doesn't play with confidence or aggression. Just looks like she saying "excuse me" anytime she's got or going for the ball.

Yep. It’s a shame too. She has the frame to be an all-american, but she just doesn’t seem to have that mean streak.

So do you or anyone know about Shepard going forward? I know she's a defensive wiz but can she score? Is she sort of a clone of Poa in that regard? Just curious if she is someone that will be counted on for meaningful minutes as she gets into the flow after being hurt. I've never seen her play except a couple mins at the end today

I think she scored 10, and had 7 steals so yeah.

I think she is going to be what you’re saying. A defensive substitution. If she has the skills to shut down a good 1or 2 though that will be great. We’ve got the offensive players already.

I don't blame him.

I think Shepard will get significant minutes as she settles into the flow of the game.

I’m happy to see Poa finding her place on this year’s team. She is the player who is never going to be the best on the team in any statistical category (except maybe taking charges), but can really bother the opposition with her energy. And there will be nights where she is well into double figures scoring and she seems to have a good grasp of the offense and where the ball should go. She is a key component on this team even though she isn’t as flashy as some of our other players.
