Is SMCI stock worth taking a risk now?

It’s a huge risk and a huge reward. I dabbled in with 1,000 shares this morning. It’s either going to zero or back north of $100. Don’t play with money you can’t afford to lose on this one.

It was at $118 in March. It can easily retake that level.

You may have missed some of the happenings that occurred since then.
AI is still going to be a huge motivator for the market, because we really have not seen the true peak. SMCI still might be part of it and eventually touch $100 again, however they have some serious work to get their act together.
NVDA tossed them a huge lifeline in their earnings call and they might have done enough to avoid being delisted.
If SMCI hits $100 within a year, means the AI sector is going to the moon. If it hits that ever again is years out in reality.
Up 12% again today though, which moved me back into the green for my remaining shares.

As a bagholder trying to catch a falling knife, I was pumped to get out with a meaningful gain, but I think I'm a watcher after all that. Funny part is, on another thread about a month ago I made a joke about that gap at $16 getting filled.... was supposed to be a joke.
