With the struggles on Offense this year, I think we see a shake up on that side. Defense we knew was going to struggle so let that side of the staff play out for another year.

Brad Davis - lack of development amongst our line cannot be understated. Campbell and Jones seem to have regressed this year. Dellinger and Frazier haven't gotten any better than the last years and we've had a hole at center now for 3 years. Recruiting is strong but not elite enough to overcome the deficiencies we are seeing. Imo, Davis should be gone.

Hankton - Recruiting doesn't seem to be his strong suit and I'm not sure development is either. I was always kinda curious on the hire. Maybe I'm wrong on him, somebody let me know. I wouldn't be shocked to see him gone after the season.

Sloan - 1 of main reasons for Underwood. He's not going anywhere. Maybe bring in a pass game coordinator WR coach in place of Hankton to help him out with game planning or play calling duties similar to Brady role in 2019.

Wilson - not going anywhere, and for good reason. Durham looks great. 2 high recruits coming in. Not infallible but does a great job overall.

Kelly- stop with the fire Kelly posts. We owe him too much money, so criticize all you want when its due, and its due right now, but still get behind him to succeed. It's best for us for him to do so or it's going to be a long 3-4 years plus the next coach isn't guaranteed success either.

Why does Sloan get credit for JD5's improvement, and we have some people not willing to give the same credit to a guy that got 2 guys drafted in the 1st round, and has Lacy and Anderson looking much improved.

WR are open this year, and Nuss isn't hitting them. Hankton isn't going anywhere unless he wants to go be an OC somewhere.

Nope, put most blame on Sloan and BK than our position coaches. Idiot doesn’t run plays that compliment our offense.

We barely run counters or quick routes. Keeping Josh William when he should be at southern. Especially in the redzone. We dominated the Florida game until it came to the redzone.

What about our offensive line makes you think we would be good at counters? They can't get zone scheme right but are going to pull and get that blocked correct?

Teams can sit on our quick game because Nuss has zero down field accuracy.

Fair enough, but I'll disagree with you about Lacy's improvement but Anderson's is undeniable.

If change isn’t made at the top, it’s all for naught. You’re just talking about rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

Then stop watching. Kelly isn't going anywhere. We'll see you in 3-4 plus years! Bye.

Because most people post judgments about those things have an agenda, both did a great job in their perspective positions.

You must not watch the game. We have nfl grade athletic oline. Pull them in space and let Durham fly. Instead we do hand offs up the middle or Toss stretch. Sloan is running the JD5 playbook with the RPO with not a running qb.

It’s ridiculous

Staff, for the most part is fine. Realistically this is a Year 1 for this staff as a complete unit. Big issue is on Offense. Go out and get an OC. Let Sloan be QB/Safety Blanket for Underwood. The Calvary is coming.
